POLITICO Europe today announced that Suzanne Lynch and Jakob Hanke Vela will helm the Brussels Playbook newsletter as of September 2021.
Suzanne was the Europe correspondent for the Irish Times between 2013 and 2017, during such defining moments as the eurozone and refugee crises and the Brexit referendum. After that, Suzanne moved across the Atlantic as the Washington correspondent for her paper. She brings with her a transatlantic perspective at a time where Europe and the U.S. are rekindling their friendship. We’re excited to have Suzanne back in Brussels and — finally — in our newsroom.
