Baroness Nuala O’Loan DBE is a member of the House of Lords. She was the first Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland. She is a Roving Ambassador for Conflict Resolution and Special Envoy for the UN Programme on Women, Peace and Security. She is Chair of the Governing Authority of Maynooth University.
