Dr Jennifer Kavanagh is a Lecturer in Law in Waterford Institute of Technology and specialises in Constitutional Law and Electoral Law. She completed her undergraduate legal education in Waterford Institute of Technology and she completed her PhD in the School of Law in Trinity College Dublin in 2015 in Constitutional Law and Freedom of Expression.
She published Constitutional Law in Ireland with Clarus Press in 2018 and Electoral Law in Ireland with Bloomsbury Professional in 2015. She is regularly on radio and TV commenting on general current affairs and election coverage.
