Donncha O’Connell is an Established Professor of Law at NUI Galway where he teaches European Human Rights, Administrative Law and Advocacy, Activism and Public Interest Law. Among his current research interests is working on the personal correspondence between is 1963 to 1993 between Mr Justice Brian Walsh of the Irish Supreme Court and William J Brennan Jr Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
