Richard Hayes is Head of the School of Humanities at Waterford Institute of Technology where he also teaches English literature and theatre.
He has published a number of articles and book chapters on American theatre (including on Eugene O’Neill), American cinema, Irish poetry and Irish literature and is lead researcher on the WIT “Performing the Region” research team currently working on a number of projects relating to the theatre of the south east of Ireland.
