Lisa Jacob

Lisa Jacob is from Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. She finished her Irish senior hockey career having played 139 times, and then joined the Irish Women’s 7s Squad for over a year. While playing hockey she joined semi-professional Dutch team SCHC in Utrecht. When finished playing team sport at international level, she completed the Race Around Ireland (2,200km non-stop ultramarathon cycle) in 88.5 hours with her partner Nikki, a record time which still stands in the female pair category. Lisa was part of the RTE analysis of the recent Hockey World Cup where Ireland claimed the silver medal.

Lisa is passionate about people’s potential and works as a professional speaker and performance coach. She particularly enjoys helping young athletes and exam students to excel using tools and strategies used by high performance athletes every day.
