Kevin Dundon is the Chef/Proprietor of Dunbrody Country House Hotel & Restaurant in Co Wexford. Dunbrody was established in 1997 by Kevin and his wife Catherine.
His cookery school at the hotel is recognised as one of the most respected in the country.
Kevin is also the proud food ambassador for SuperValu Ireland.
He is a great supporter of food festivals and conferences, whose message is to spread the word of good quality food and food production.
