John McGuirk is the Vice President for Corporate Communications with Rivada Networks, an Irish company which works with US State and local government to improve public safety communications.
He served as Communications Director for Libertas during the 2008 Lisbon Treaty referendum, successfully advocating a “NO” vote, and has worked with a range of Irish companies and public figures.
