Martina Mastandrea received her Ph.D. from the School of Advanced Study, University of London, in 2018. She is an independent scholar and English teacher at Liceo Ugo Morin in Venice, Italy. She has published reviews, articles, and chapters on F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway, and Louisa May Alcott. She is the co-author of Hemingway and the Harvard Poets (2020) and the joint award winner of the 2021 EAAS Rob Kroes Award for her monograph F. Scott Fitzgerald on Silent Film, published by Brill in 2022.
