Lisa Lambert Snodgrass

Purdue University Associate Professor, Dr. Lisa Lambert Snodgrass’s research centers on examining policy, systems & structural approaches, and culturally responsive community engagement related to equity of access in the post-secondary institution, both domestically and internationally. This research has expanded to explore the role of higher education systems in addressing equity related wicked problems, specifically equity in workforce development and the impact of emerging technologies [AI and ML] through partnerships with industry, government, and community leaders.

Dr. Lambert Snodgrass is a founding faculty of and the co-Director of the Purdue University College of Education Higher Education Ph.D. and M.S.Ed programs. She is a Faculty Fellow with the Purdue Policy Research Institute, and an affiliate faculty of the Innovation Leadership Lab at the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece.

With a 20+ year diverse career in education, Dr. Lambert Snodgrass has served as a high school English teacher, working in inclusion learning environments, and a middle school principal before moving to higher education administration where she worked as Director of Career Development for 9 years. She holds qualified administrator certification in seven intercultural inventories, serves as an IDI debrief mentor, and has led multiple experiential study abroad programs across the globe including to Colombia, Netherlands, and Ireland. Dr. Lambert Snodgrass draws on these experiences to engage faculty, K-12 educators, and post-secondary students in culturally responsive and intercultural professional development and mentoring.
