Emma Howard

Emma Howard is an Economist and Lecturer at the Technological University Dublin. She is Chair of the Irish Society for Women in Economics, a member of the External Advisory Group for the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service, co-Chair of the Irish Economic Association Behavioural Economics Network, a committee member of the Irish Behavioural Science and Policy Network, and an external member of the UCD Behavioural Science and Policy Group.  Prior to working in TU Dublin, she was an Economics Fellow at the University of Oxford and Mansfield College. She holds a PhD, MSc and BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. Her research is in Behavioural Economics and Applied Microeconomics, currently focused on pro-environmental and health behaviours, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
