Dr. Christine Rienstra Kiracofe is Professor of Higher Education and Head of the Educational Studies Department at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, US. Her primary research interests include school funding litigation and constitutional rights of American P-22 students. She is the co-editor of the journal Education Law into Practice and the associate editor of higher education law for the Journal of Education Finance and Law. She is the immediate past-President of the National Education Finance Academy. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, US with her husband and is the mother of two sons studying Business at University.
