Alan began his broadcasting journey with RTÉ, where he made his mark across both radio and television. He contributed to RTÉ Radio 1 and 2FM as well as TG4 working in a variety of roles. On Radio 1 he presented the programme “Ireland Tonight” that focussed on the Irish Diaspora and saw him link up Irish emigrants from all over the globe.
Since joining South East Radio, Alan has become a cornerstone of local journalism in the South East. His interviewing style—probing yet empathetic—has earned him the trust of both listeners and guests.
