Sean Connick is the current Chief Executive Officer of the John F Kennedy Trust, where he leads the daily operation of one of Irelands premier tourist attractions the Dunbrody Famine Ship Experience along with the Kennedy Homestead at Dunganstown. As recent as 2022, Sean was the Charmain of The Association of Visitor Experiences and Attractions Ireland (AVEA) for a two year period. Prior to this Sean served as TD for Wexford, first elected in 2007, he was appointed as Minister of State at Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in March 2010. He has vast experience in developing business strategies, event management and fundraising. Sean is an accomplished public speaker with considerable media experience, he is also a strong advocate for people with disabilities.
A well know face in New Ross, Sean is married to Lourde and is a member of the ever popular New Ross musical group The Nomads, who have been performing together since their school days in CBS New Ross.
